The choice of floor covering depends on the type and character of accommodation facility in which it is going to be applied. Carpet coverings are used in many kinds of facilities starting from guesthouses to luxurious hotels and apartments. They are applied in various places therefore they may be found in hotel rooms, conference rooms, reception area, stairs and corridors.

Producers most often recommend natural carpets, artificial carpets and mixed yarn. In more prestigious hotels and apartments one is likely to use natural carpets (wool). The most popular carpets are made of artificial yarn (polyamide and polypropylene) as well as mix yarn carpets (wool and polyamide). Many of them have hygiene, flammability and anti-electrostatic certificates.
